A large private equity bank required an expert to review their Business Continuity Plans (BCP) that they had in place to ascertain whether they were still fit for purpose. Due to the strong finance sector legislations they needed to ensure these plans were robust in order to pass scheduled company audits. A full review was conducted, outcomes derived and a new BCP was implemented. In addition, a number of days were commissioned per annum with ADAM Continuity to ensure the plans are kept relevant.

ADAM Continuity’s approach to business continuity management has been developed over many years, working with hundreds of clients across a broad range of industry sectors.
We recognise that all of our clients differ in terms of their business operations, their business continuity experience and knowledge, and their specific requirements for support. Rather than adopting a ‘one size fits all’ approach, we provide a flexible service, tailored to the needs of the particular client.
Our innovative approach is based on extensive, practical, ‘real world’ experience. Whilst our methodology follows best-practice guidelines (such as ISO 22301/22313 and the Business Continuity Institute’s ‘Good Practice Guidelines’), most importantly, it is geared towards developing the client’s business continuity capability, rather than merely writing a business continuity plan.
