Digital Satellite is the next generation of telecommunications services for disaster recovery invocation with a fully automated and infrastructure independent satellite communications ground station for broadband delivery.

To ensure a truly robust and flexible communications platform we supply a fully integrated and independent broadband satellite ground station for DR recovery sites that do not have existing broadband connectivity. Our satellite platform can provide continuous broadband connectivity up to 4mb upstream and 2mb downstream to allow not only server connectivity but fully support all IP communications requirements.

The Broadband Satellite Ground Station contains the following:

Onboard generator backed power supply
Dual UPS backed power supply
Automated deployment and locking satellite receiver
Wireless Mesh network – wireless router and multiple access points
2 x 24 Port Power Over Ethernet Switches
ADSL Modem / Router
