Imagine you are looking for a new provider for your IT resilience contract. It shouldn’t be too difficult as there are a number of really large companies out there all telling you they are the biggest and the best and have the most of this and that!
But your solution is special because you are buying it for your Company and you need to know that in the next few years your business needs will probably change, meaning your Supplier must be flexible.
At Adam Continuity we know from experience that working with a Supplier who listens to your needs and who says ‘no problem’ rather than ‘no you can’t’ is very high on any Buyers wish list.
Here are just some of the areas where you will find us more flexible than our Industry colleagues;
Delivery Times - We will quote you a delivery time to your site which shouldn’t be confused with a Response Time which is the time it takes for most companies to leave their equipment store.
Length of Contract - We won’t force you to sign a longer contract than you want to. We have signed contracts for 3 months and 10 years. It’s your choice.
Contract - They are important for both parties but we are quite happy to work with you on any changes to our clauses if you wish.
Solution Design Workshop at your place - Within a few weeks of signing your contract we expect to have conducted a Solution Design Workshop with your Team at your premises, not at our location – unless you want to. It’s your choice.
End to End Solution - When you buy our Data Replication or Online Vaulting solution we give you a complete ‘Back to Work’ solution. What use is data being recovered without you being able to access it?
Rehearsal days - We think these are really important so give them to you as part of the Annual Premium. We even chase you if we think you might have forgotten to book your annual week.
Rehearsal location- Some companies charge extra for you to rehearse at your own site. We don’t. You can rehearse wherever you want in the UK at no extra charge.
Rehearsal Bookings- We think you should be able to book a rehearsal within the next 12 weeks if that’s what you want – at any time of the year. That’s why we have increased our Recovery Specialist team by 30% to ensure this happens. Let me know personally if we can’t achieve this for you.
Recovery Specialists- Our most important asset and potentially your best friend when you are your most bruised and battered. If they are going to stay with you at Invocation and make sure you can access your data they need to have rehearsed with you as well. They are all trained to give ‘at elbow’ support and we always allocate at least one to your rehearsal.
Contract payments - Obviously we like to get paid but you can choose monthly, quarterly, annually or total contract paid up front. It’s your choice.
Contract start date - You choose – sometimes we even allow free cover for certain periods if it’s what you want.
Addendums - During the contract period we know your business needs will change so we will allocate a Client Manager to you who will talk to you about any changes.
New Protected Sites- Again, once we have confirmed there is no syndication risk we will make the changes to our contract records.
