Philip Caulfield - Managing Director

Philip joined Adam in 1998 and has held a number of Commercial positions in the Company. Philip spent 15 months at Synstar Business Continuity in 2004 but returned to the Company as Sales Director in 2005. Philip lists football and golf as his hobbies.

Sharon Allen - Finance Manager

Sharon is Finance Manager responsible for the Group as well as Adam Continuity. Sharon joined from Shire Pharmaceuticals.

Garry Stevens- Group CEO

Garry has a wealth of management experience from his senior roles at the AA and HomeServe PLC.

Kerry Richardson - Group Chairman

Kerry has been associated with the Group since 2005 and has a wide experience of Directorships at Centrica, the Automobile Association and Simplyhealth.

Rafi Razzak - Owner

An electronics engineer by trade, Rafi spent nine years at IBM before forming Adam Continuity’s parent organisation, Centerprise International in 1983 with £100,000 of savings and private investment raised from family and friends. Initially focused on assembling bespoke PCs, servers and laptops, Centerprise has grown to become not just a manufacturer, but a distributor, reseller and IT service provider.
