Philip Caulfield - Managing Director

Philip joined Adam in 1998 and has held a number of Commercial positions in the Company. Philip spent 15 months at Synstar Business Continuity in 2004 but returned to the Company as Sales Director in 2005. Philip lists football and golf as his hobbies.

Ted Hailey - Chief Financial Officer

Ted joined Adam in 2001 as Financial Director and became CFO of the Group in 2007. Prior to joining Adam, Ted was Group Financial Director of Fibernet Group plc for 11 years, during which the company grew from a UK based private company to a FTSE 350 multi-national telecoms company. Ted qualified as an ACA with Arthur Andersen, where he worked in both their London & Reading offices.

Garry Stevens - Group Managing Director

Garry’s background is firmly in the service industry with the AA and Homeserve as Services Director. This included managing a remote workforce in a 24/7/365 environment. Garry strongly believes that client satisfaction is the focus that must drive all our efforts. Garry is married with 3 children.

Kerry Richardson - Group Chairman

Kerry has been associated with the Group since 2005 and has a wide experience of Directorships at Centrica, the Automobile Association and Simplyhealth.

Rafi Razzak - Owner

An electronics engineer by trade, Rafi spent nine years at IBM before forming Adam Continuity’s parent organisation, Centerprise International in 1983 with £100,000 of savings and private investment raised from family and friends. Initially focused on assembling bespoke PCs, servers and laptops, Centerprise has grown to become not just a manufacturer, but a distributor, reseller and IT service provider.
