History
Adam Continuity was formed as Adam Associates in 1994 by Richard Pursey and was originally located at New Greenham Park near Newbury. Many of its original contracts were for the delivery of PCs but in 1996 Intel servers were added to the inventory. Towards the end of the nineties the company was renamed Global Continuity and took full advantage of the Year 2000 opportunities with at one stage, 22 consultants in 16 different countries.
In 2000 the company was restructured to aid the development of its High Availability solutions and was re-branded as Neverfail whilst also moving to Aldermaston in Berkshire. However, in 2003 Adam Continuity was the subject of a Management Buy Out which saw a move to Thatcham.
In February 2005 Adam were purchased by Centerprise International and it is in the last few years that the company has seen strong growth with new Operations Centres at Chineham, Caerphilly and Hemel Hempstead. New services have been introduced, the Management and Operations teams strengthened and the client base grown by 25%.
